Fire and building safety training for everyone

We all have a role to play in keeping our buildings safe; the Building Safety Act makes everyone responsible, and our range of training guides you through the changes and provides practical steps to help to meet the requirements of the new legislation.

Our training is purposely designed for everyone with a focus on a collaborative approach to change the safety culture within your company.

Held either virtually or in person, our CPD certified training, is delivered by qualified professionals.

Building safety: the basics

This 1-Day training session has been specifically designed to upskill all colleagues organisation-wide on the basics of Building Safety. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of legislation and regulation change, great confidence in their day-to-day role, and a clear understanding of how we all have a part to play in resident and building safety.

This 1-day training session has been specifically designed as a general introduction to both fire safety and building safety. It emphasises the important role that everyone in an organisation plays in changing the safety culture. The sessions are interactive with practical solutions to effectively manage and maintain safety standards.

Introduction to the Building Safety Act

This interactive training session focuses on the Building Safety Act and provides a clear and easily digestible overview, simplifying jargon and logically explaining key legislative changes.

This course details how the Act links in with secondary legislation, for example, changes to the defective premises act, compensation systems, and the Fire Safety Order.

The in-depth content covers key elements of the Act including the ‘higher risk residential building (hrrb)’ category, three-stage gateway system, and ‘Golden Thread’ information. Attendees gain a better understanding of what they need to know about the Building Safety Act, leaving the training session confident and assured.
