Weekly Inclusion Brunches Every Wednesday, colleagues catch up online to explore key ED&I themes. Our Inclusion Brunches are safe spaces to learn, listen, and share lived experiences – touching on far-reaching topics, including hidden disabilities, baby loss, sexuality, neurodiversity, and more.
ED&I events Our packed ED&I calendar connects colleagues and sparks important conversations. From Pride, Eid, and Black History Month activities to Food for Thought sessions on burnout and stress awareness, we celebrate our differences and spotlight the issues that matter.
Menopause in the workplace Back in 2021, we were one of only 10% of employers with a Menopause Policy. Since then, we’ve trained over 100 clients to write their own policies, hosted industry webinars, and delivered menopause training for managers on client sites. We also proudly employ the UK government’s first Menopause Champion.
